1 small yellow onion (or use ½ onion) chopped

4 tbsp butter

2 scallions chopped

4 garlic cloves minced

1 tbsp flour

1 c. white wine

1 c. heavy cream

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

2 small tomatoes diced

¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

½ c. Parmesan cheese shredded

½ tsp salt more to taste
